  You just have no idea how many times i have heard this from both my boys! And how they have gone around telling people how wacked i am and stuff.
  But as time has passed at least my oldest (25) has finally learned that without family you have no true er friend in the world!
  My youngest (18) well is going through his teen stage at the moment so now its my turn with him. But even after telling me how much he hated me a week ago, he texted me tonight and told me not to hold it against him because he does truly love me he is just going through alot right now.
  I have to just figure that in time when its the right time he will talk to me about it all.
  But through it all you just have to keep loving them and taking the punches as a parent because thats what in the end shows them their was a purpose for it all!
  Hang in there it will be better in time.

  Rod is right ~ my children have told me that several times ~ they are almost all grown now~ and still they got through stages of their lives, when they will do this ~ that is all part of being a parent ~ let it go Chris ~ they love you~

  And even though it hurts to hear them say that ~ the part of being a good parent is just to love them back ~ while they go through their little "stages"....
  
  (I have 3 one -22, one -18 and one- 15)...and a lil "tink"
  
  Mine still do ~ from time to time ~ even grown...
  
  (especially when you try to give them advice ~ you have to remember ~ they are their own individual persons ~ and even tho they are our children....they are never truely "ours" ~ it's part of their individual growth - and they need to "learn for themselves" and unfortunately ~ we sorta "feel the pains" of being a parent ~ and it's sort of "natural for them to "take it out" on the parents... :)

  Part of being a good parent, is having to hear your children say the hate you.. You have to keep their love, as well as keep loving them through their moments.. its rough..

  The girls will turn back to you. Don't give up on them. Keep doing what you have been doing. They will see that you do love them but that you are going on with your life.

  Chris,I am so sorry to hear this has happened.If there is anything I can do to make it any better,please let me know.
  They will more than likely come back, and they will show their love for you once again.
  Don't give up man.....Stay strong,and I will remember you and your girls when I pray.I don't know the ages of the kids,but maybe this is something they will grow out of,and this rebellious spirit will leave them.I'm fairly certain they will come back to you with an apology.I sure hope so man.
